Quick Sharpener has been bought privately by trainer Dr Richard Newland after impressing when winning a Point to Point in March.
He is a five year old who will now have a summer break before being ready to make his syndicate debut in the autumn and will then run through the winter season.

We've paid just £18,000 for him.
